i2i Business Solutions has worked with over 20 local authorities in the UK. This work has centred on Consumer Support Newtorks or CSN's, a Dti initiative to facilitate "best practice" amongst consumer support organisations within individual local authority areas.
Typically Trading Standards Departments are charged with running and managing the network but invariably they are short of resources, this is where i2i have been able to support the programme.
To date i2i have co-ordinated and assisted with over 20 CSNs and undertaken more than 10,000 individual consumer surveys. This is just one example of i2i's capabilities and below you will find comments from a few of those local authority clients.
